Oslo-based ARV delivers a sound rooted in metal, blending elements of hardcore and post-metal into an experience that balances intensity and atmosphere.

Their debut album, Curse & Courage, shapes its raw and textured expression through a mix of aggression, tempo shifts, and expansive, atmospheric riffs. Not only inspired by the heritage and connection several of the members have from northern parts of Norway, but also by current topics that just no one wants to see.
